Beim Finden eines Immigrationsanwaltes sollten Sie folgende Punkte vor Inanspruchnahme des Anwaltes erfragen:

  1. Ist der Anwalt Mitglied der American Immigration Lawyers Association?
  2. Wie lange besteht diese Mitgliedschaft bereits?
  3. Ist der Anwalt Subscriber des AILALink (Datenbank neuster Entscheidungen, Kommentare, Memos, etc.)?
  4. Welche Kommunikationsmittel stehen zur schnellen Bearbeitung zur Verfügung, d.h. werden Dokumente sicher im PDF Format per E-Mail versandt und können diese auch sicher per FTP auf den Firmenserver hochgeladen werden?
  5. Stehen sowohl deutsche als auch Postanschriften in den USA zur vereinfachten Übermittlung von Dokumenten zur Verfügung?
  6. Stehen sowohl deutsche Telefon- und Faxnummern als auch Telefon- und Faxnummern in den USA zur Verfügung?
